3mm Through Hole LED with built-in 12V resistor

The LTH3MM12V Series, a through hole LED indicator with a built-in resistor for 12V DC applications. The built-in resistor not only simplifies and accelerates the design and manufacturing processes, but also offers significant space and cost savings by eliminating the need for an additional resistor.

The through hole LED has a domed top with a water clear lens and is available in a range of colors (red, green, white, blue, yellow). The flange lead frame style makes it ideal for status indication and display applications.

LTH3MM12V Series offers superior light output for excellent readability in sunlight, dependable performance, and can be connected to 12V power supply without additional components.
