| VCC Welcomes John Gjata to the Engineering Team |

VCC
is pleased to welcome John Gjata to its engineering team. John brings
more than twenty years of engineering and project management experience
working on electromechanical system designs and thermoplastic optical
components and assemblies. During his career, John has been
responsible for managing products from concept to market release,
resulting in his attaining several patents for products ranging from
mechanical components to electromechanical systems. Additionally, John
has extensive test and evaluation experience, which includes life
testing, design of experiments, and optical modeling.
John's role at VCC will largely focus on new product design.
